Moment Hero Michigan Gas Station Customer Calmly Shoots Robber While Holding A Six-Pack
CASSOPOLIS, Mich. – Recently released surveillance video shows scene at a Cass County gas station, where a customer took action against an armed robber, discharging seven rounds while holding a six-pack of Miller Lite.
The incident occurred on the night of July 27, at the Stone Lake Marathon Mini Mart.
The customer told police that although he couldn’t see the robber’s hands, he did clearly saw the look of fear on the face of the store clerk.
Multiple bullets struck the alleged robber, inflicting wounds on the arm, back, and face. He fell to the ground but continued to crawl towards the customer. It was at this point that the customer retreated to his car in order to retrieve another loaded magazine.
The customer then held the injured suspect at gunpoint until the arrival of the police.
Cass County Prosecutor Victor Fitz says he will await the conclusion of the police inquiry before determining whether to pursue criminal charges against the customer.
