Courteney Cox revealed that she has something very specific in common with her character Monica Geller in Friends.
On Sunday, the actress, 59, took to Instagram to share a video of her showing off her dining room and ‘accidentally’ revealing that she also has a ‘secret’ messy closet hidden.
“Come on…” she wrote in her caption. “We all have one.”
In the video, the filmmaker — who supported her Friends co-star, Jennifer Aniston, at a launch party for her home products earlier this month — chats with her creative team director, Max Goodrich, behind the camera.
She starts the video by telling her 12.9 million followers that she wants to show them her newly renovated dining room and starts to lead the way.

As she descends a flight of stairs, the cameraman swerves to the right after seeing the interior of a room behind a slightly open sliding door.
“Oh wait,” he said as he opened the door to reveal a messy closet. “What’s in here?”
As Cox ran back to block the view with her body and hide things in disarray, he asked, “Is this like a junk closet or something?”
She quickly tries to find the handle to close the door and hide the room which is filled to the brim with piles of boxes, duvets and other miscellaneous items.
“Oh my God,” Cox exclaimed. ‘Nothing! Maximum, nothing. Please, Max, stop! That’s not funny. Seriously, don’t film.’
After she successfully closes the door, the camera quickly fades to black as she covers it, but the noise can still be heard.
You heard her jokingly say in a serious tone, “Erase the footage now, okay?”

She doubled her most iconic role and recently launched a new collection of cleaning and homeware for her Homecourt brand.
Earlier this month, she threw a star-studded launch party to celebrate her new line of Mandarin Basile fragrance items — which also includes a candle and several soaps.
