Nicole Kidman and her husband Keith Urban paid tribute to the beloved Oliva Newton-John on Tuesday after her death at age 73.
The couple shared photos of themselves with their long-time friend and Aussie icon in happier times.
‘Livvie brought the most divine light into the world,’ Nicole, 55, captioned the pictures on Instagram.

She continued, ‘So much love, joy, inspiration and kindness, and we will always be hopelessly devoted to you,’ in reference to the song Olivia recorded for the Grease soundtrack.
One of the snaps showed Nicole with her arm around Olivia as they attended the second Annual Penfolds Gala Black Tie Dinner at the Century Plaza Hotel in Los Angeles in 2005.
The same year, the Grease star was spotted with Keith’s, 54, arm around her at the 39th Annual Country Music Awards in New York.

It was the same year Nicole and Keith met, and Olivia had been with them both on the fateful night at the second annual G’Day USA Gala in Los Angeles.
Keith had originally met the fellow singer in 2002 at a songwriting retreat hosted by The Police manager Miles Copeland at his castle in the south of France.
They were paired together for a collaboration during which they began writing the song Sunburned Country named after the book they were both reading at the time.

It wasn’t until Olivia went on tour to Nashville they finished writing the song and recorded it.
She was a four-time Grammy Award winner with five number one hits, including her most popular album and single Physical which turned her into a sex symbol in 1981.
Olivia died peacefully at the age of 73 in her home in Southern California on Monday morning, surrounded by family and friends.
It came after a brave and extraordinarily public decades-long battle with cancer in which she was diagnosed three times in 1992, 2013 and, for a final time, in 2017.
