NNA – Lebanese Forces Party Chief, Samir Geagea, met todaynbsp;in Maarab with the ldquo;Renewal of the Homelandrdquo; Movement, headed by the President of the Economic, Social and Environmental Council, Charles Arbid, in the presence of a member of the ldquo;Strong Republicrdquo; bloc, MP George Okais.

After the meeting, Arbid said the visit came to brief Geagea on thenbsp;atmosphere of the first political paper by the Movementnbsp;which represents the beginning of permanent cooperation with the ldquo;Lebanese Forcesrdquo; in order to reach a unified discourse in Lebanon, especially among Christians.

Arbidnbsp;announced common points in the political vision of the ldquo;Lebanese Forcesrdquo; party and the ldquo;Movement,rdquo;nbsp;explainingnbsp;that today#39;snbsp;meeting revolved around various political and economic developments and mutualnbsp;social, financial and daily living concerns.

He also stressed that ldquo;meetings will continue between the two teams and communication will continue through MPnbsp;Okais for the benefit of Lebanon.rdquo;

The LF Chief also met today, in the presence of MP Okais, with the President of the Federation of Chambers of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture in Lebanon, former Minister Mohamed Choucair, with whom he reviewednbsp;the political developments on the regional and Lebanese arenas, and the deteriorating economic crisis and its repercussions on the productive sectors and the peoplersquo;s livelihood.
