The TOWIE star took to Instagram where she shared her ordeal alongside shocking photos of her swollen face.
Amber also revealed her diagnosis of periorbital cellulitis, telling her fans: “That was the fastest time I spent in the hospital.” Very thankful!!
‘In and out in less than 30 minutes. Anyway, it is periorbital cellulitis, they have given me antibiotics and they have sent an urgent request to the ophthalmological emergency room so that they can follow up tomorrow to make sure it is improving.
‘Because my head hurts and the pressure is so strong that they have advised me to go to a certain hospital. I’m sure once these antibiotics take effect I’ll be fine. Thank you for your messages and for telling me to get checked.’

Amber returned to social media later, where she uploaded a photo of herself cuddling with her dog.
The reality star also revealed how a nurse had come to her home to administer more eye drops.
Amber then confirmed the diagnosis, adding: “In some cases (rarely) it can affect the eye more deeply, so they wanted to see me quickly, but luckily that didn’t happen.”
