One of Sydney’s most popular fine dining restaurants has delighted foodies with the launch of a new, more casual venue.
a’Marea hat-trick Italian restaurant located at the Crown Sydney in Barangaroo, is famous for its rich traditional menu of local seafood, Trofie pesto pasta, gourmet dining ‘experiences’ and extensive wine list.
The port-side dining room oozes opulence, with plush furnishings and sleek blue decor inspired by old-school Italian palaces.
And now the restaurant has introduced a ‘Mare Cucinetta – ‘petite cuisine’ – which will serve Italian snacks, pastas, main courses and desserts in a relaxed atmosphere at the hotel bar.
Launched to give customers a more relaxed experience, customers can sample Italian favorites including snacks like gnocco fritto ($10 each), freshly shucked oysters from Sydney Rock ($7 each) and an antipasto section shared.
