NNA – Maronite Patriarch, Cardinal Beshara Boutros Rahi, indicated that false political practices have caused the disintegration of national institutions.
During his Sunday homily, the Prelate questioned the objectives of those who are blocking the election of the President in accordance with the Constitution, noting that these politicians realize that a caretaker governmentnbsp;cannot take courageous decisions.
ldquo;You destroy the Republic and you undermine the authorities. Fear God and the judgment of history,rdquo; Rahi claimed.
The only effective dialogue is the vote in Parliament to elect a President of the Republic, the Patriarch concluded.
