Bulldogs star Chris Grant has sold his Melbourne waterfront property for a record price of $8 million.
The 50-year-old footy player sold the lavish property in August for between $8 million and $8.8 million and quickly found a buyer, reports real estate.com.au.
The Victorian native made a huge profit on the sale, as he bought the property for $4 million in 2010.
The home’s exquisite combination of stylish architecture, breathtaking ocean views and desirable location made it particularly attractive to buyers.
The two-storey property has four bedrooms, chic patio doors, a spacious living room and a heated swimming pool.

The footy player, 50, sold the lavish Williamstown property in August for between $8 million and $8.8 million and quickly found a buyer, reports realestate.com.au.
It is located in the popular beachside suburb of Williamstown, just four kilometers from the Whitten Oval in Footscray, where Grant once trained with his Bulldogs teammates.
The impressive house also has a wrap-around balcony overlooking the water and sits on a 770 m² plot.
The new owner will be able to enjoy a heated pool with a glass enclosure, a triple garage and large outdoor entertainment areas.

The sale breaks the record for the price paid for a home in Williamstown, breaking the previous record of $7.35 million for a nearby home sold in 2021.
Chris is something of a legend of the game after a 17-year career that saw him play 341 games.
He was inducted into the Australian Football Hall of Fame in 2012.
The footballer now sees his daughter Isabella, 21, following in his footsteps after her debut with the club.
