NNA – Caretaker Minister of Culture, Judge Mohammed Wissam Al-Mortada, on Thursday welcomed in his office at the Sanayeh Palace, the Ambassador of Philippines to Lebanon, Raymond Balatbat, at the head of a delegation from the Embassy.
Discussions reportedly touched on the general conditions, in addition to the means of activating cultural cooperation between the two countries in various fields.
