A cyclist handcuffed for assaulting his wife desperately tried to keep the video of his arrest a secret, fearing the comedic clip would be “extremely embarrassing.”
Police bodycam footage shows Hells Angel member Mustafa Hafizi, 34, handcuffed and led outside his home in Greystanes in western Sydney on December 29, 2021.
But the underworld figure with ties to the Alameddine crime family begins to scream hysterically, complaining that cops hurt his shoulder before falling to the ground and telling cops he’ll “charge” them.
He was taken to Parramatta Police Station where he was charged with assaulting his wife and resisting arrest.
Hafizi pleaded guilty to assaulting his partner but not guilty to resisting orders from officers who claimed the pain and injuries were real.
However, Magistrate Rodney Brender dismissed the argument and agreed with the officers that it was an “Oscar-worthy” performance.

“I have to lock my fucking house,” Hafizi yelled at the police as she was escorted out the door.
Officers refused and continued to lead Hafizi down the stairs from his front door to his backyard.
“Don’t attack me or I’ll charge you,” Hafizi threatened the officer.
Just as the policeman started to tell Hafizi that he was not being attacked, the mobster took the plunge.
‘Ah! My shoulder! My damn shoulder! You fucking attacked me,” Hafizi yelled as he squirmed in the driveway.
He then repeatedly called out plans to sue the arresting officers, telling them he can’t relax because he has “anxiety.”
Hafizi screamed that his shoulder was injured and that he would sue the police for “assaulting” him during his arrest last December (pictured, Hafizi in his driveway during the arrest)
“You’re getting cheated, all my cameras are recording, they’re pushing me down the stairs like I’m a criminal,” Hafizi yelled before an officer congratulated him on his “Oscar-worthy performance.”
Eventually, the police grew tired of delaying the arrest and grabbed Hafizi by the arms and carried him to the police car while shouting protests.
“Hit me, hit me, hit me,” he yelled as three officers dragged him to the van.
Officers stopped Hafizi in the back of the van where the alleged Hells Angel began to “cry” and yell that his shoulder was injured.
Witnesses reported seeing Hafizi resting on his “injured” shoulder without response after the incident.
The Daily Telegram reports that Hafizi has fought tooth and nail to prevent the publication from sharing the “embarrassing” images, arguing that doing so could put him in danger.

However, Magistrate Rodney Brender rejected the claims, noting that Hafizi said in the video that he was filming the incident himself.
“The accused knew he was being filmed, he said he was also filming … open law dictates that the video be made available,” he said.
“I reject the suggestion that the police deliberately pushed him down the stairs, it is not supported by the evidence,” said Magistrate Brender.
“It was either an accidental trip or a deliberately staged fall, I don’t have to decide which one.”
Hafizi was found guilty and given a $500 fine and a 12-month community correction order.
