Casey Woods revealed he was unable to walk after a foot injury at Bachelor In Paradise four months ago.
The 37-year-old advertising director from Parkland, Florida, shared a photo on his Instagram Stories on Monday in which his foot can still be seen in a cast.
“I haven’t walked in for over 4 months,” he wrote, while Monday’s episode of Bachelor In Paradise was playing in the background.

Casey passed out during the season eight episode after telling Brittany Galvin, 25, of Chicago that Florida newcomer Peter Izzo, 27, had said negative things about her after their disastrous date.
Brittany immediately stormed off to confront “pizzapreneur” Peter and Casey, told bartender Wells Adams, 38, he wasn’t feeling well.
“I feel very dizzy, I think I might pass out,” Casey said before falling to the ground.
The show’s medics rushed to his rescue and Casey was driven away in an ambulance after it was determined he had been seriously injured.

Casey first appeared in The Bachelor franchise as a contestant on season 18 of The Bachelorette with Michelle Young, 29.
Michelle sent him home during a week five rose ceremony.
