NRL champion James Tedesco has spent $5 million on a sprawling house in Hunters Hill in Sydney.
The NSW Blues and Roosters captain bought the five-bedroom, five-bathroom home in June with his fiancée Maria Glinellis, reports The Daily Telegraph†
Located in one of the North Shore’s most desirable zip codes, the state-of-the-art resort-style spread last went under the hammer in 2014 for $3.25 million.

The 29-year-old State of Origin star bought the house at auction after it was listed with a $4.6 million price guide.
Built in 2013 on a 655 sqm block and designed by architect Phillip Lance, the two storey property features open plan living areas and travertine floors.
The recently renovated, bright home features an atrium, swimming pool and home office.
In addition to the well-equipped indoor kitchen, there is an outdoor cooking area with a 900mm gas hob.
