Rudy Guiliani has been ordered by a Georgia judge to testify as prosecutors investigate attempts by former President Donald Trump’s associates to throw out the results of the 2020 election in the state.
Guiliani was first subpoenaed earlier this month to appear in a New York court on July 11, but he did not show up.
The former Trump lawyer must appear on August 9, according to court documents.
