NNA – A Russian court has fined Google 4 billion rubles ($47 million) for failing to pay an earlier fine over alleged abuse of its dominant position in the video-hosting market, the country#39;s anti-monopoly watchdog said on June 27. The decision is the latest multimillion dollar fine in Moscow#39;s increasingly assertive campaign against foreign tech companies. The initial fine in February 2022 was based on claims that Google#39;s YouTube had a quot;biased and unpredictablequot; approach to quot;suspending and blocking users#39; accounts and content,quot; TASS reported. YouTube has blocked Russian state-funded media globally since the start of the invasion of Ukraine. — Reutersnbsp;
