TOWIE’s Amy Childs has been praised by her fans for showing off her “real” post-baby body.
The 33-year-old mother of four welcomed twins with her fiance Billy Delbosq in April and posted a body positive photo to her Instagram on Sunday.
Amy is also proud mum to Polly, five, with ex-boyfriend Bradley Wright and son Ritchie Jr, two, from a previous relationship.
In an instant, she showed off her figure in a black swimsuit as she told her followers how she “began to love herself again” after struggling with post-cesarean insecurities.
She captioned the post: “Body Positivity Post. I don’t really do this on my social posts but sometimes it’s important to show the real you!!

“So moms since having the twins I’ve been a little aware of my post-pregnancy weight, it’s been quite a struggle lately.”

It comes after Amy burst into tears when she revealed the terrifying moment when one of her newborn twins “almost died” during a “traumatic birth” in April.
On the first episode of her ITVBe series The Twin Life, Amy shared that she was rushed to the theater while in labor with her babies.
In a clip from her reality show, Amy visibly welled up as she contemplated the birth of her new babies.
She said, “It was horrible, it was just tragic. And I looked at Bill and thought, ‘What’s going on? Is the baby okay?”
She went on crying: “Then the midwife ran me to the theater with her hand still in me so that the umbilical cord wouldn’t come out, because as soon as it comes out the baby would have died.”
According to The sunbaby Billy was hospitalized shortly after birth with fluid on his lungs, with the traumatic events to be seen in the series.
Amy previously shared how she was booked for a C-section despite originally planning a natural birth.

Amy and boyfriend Billy Delbosq, 38, have been an item since October 2021, just two months after the mother-of-two split from her ex-boyfriend Tim after 14 months together.
Amy shares daughter Polly, five, with ex-boyfriend Bradley Wright and is also mum to son Ritchie Jr, two.
Last year she decided to stop using birth control. However, the reality TV star did not expect to get pregnant so soon as she found out she was pregnant just two months later.
The couple were even more surprised when Amy later found out she was going to have twins.
