NNA ndash; House Speaker, Nabih Berri, on Wednesday received at the second presidency headquarters in Ain El-Tineh, former MP Samir Al-Jisr.
Discussions reportedly focused on the general situation and the latest political developments.
Speaker Berri later received Berri, ldquo;Strong Lebanonrdquo; bloc MP Ghassan Atallah, with whom he discussed the current situation and legislative affairs.
Among Speaker Berrirsquo;s itinerant visitors for today had been Deputy Head of the Higher Islamic Shiite Council, Sheikh Ali Al-Khatib, Member of Parliament, Farid Haikal Al-Khazen, and Caretaker Minister of Tele-Communications Johnny Corm.
On the other hand, Speaker Berri contacted by phone Judge Dr. Nawaf Salam, congratulating him on his election as President of the International Court of Justice (ICJ) in The Hague.
